Doug Smith – Director of Business Development

Doug’s career spans four decades – assisting national companies and organizations of all sizes to achieve corporate objectives and improve performance. Doug’s expertise with channel sales, customer loyalty, safety and years of service programs has benefitted companies from all industries.

Doug worked in retail management briefly upon graduating from the University of Dayton with a degree in marketing and economics, and began his incentive and recognition career shortly thereafter.

Doug and wife Pat live in Germantown, Tennessee. He is an expert horticulturalist and several publications have featured his immaculate landscaping. Other interests include playing golf and following major sports such as baseball, football and basketball.

Mike Sullivan – Director of Business Development

With nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing incentive and recognition programs, Mike specializes in employee recognition and multi-step channel sales incentive programs. Originally from the metropolitan New York City area, Mike received his undergraduate degree in history at Indiana University-Bloomington and his master’s in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University.

When not tending to his clients’ needs, Mike can be found wetting a line on a local waterway or traversing a hiking trail with his wife Michelle.

Brant Dolan – Director of Business Development

With having compiled more than 20 years in the rewards & recognition industry, Brant still maintains the everyday passion you’ll observe the very first time you chat with him. He is well-versed in the content, context and best practices to design and ensure effective and memorable programs.

Brant currently represents QIC on the Executive Board of the Incentive Marketing Association’s Incentive & Engagement Solution Provider Council. He is one of only 40 industry people in the country to earn CPIM certification status via the IMA. He has been a speaker and workshop presenter at various industry events. He thinks like a business person first who happens to sell incentive solutions.

Originally from the East Coast, Brant and his wife, Linda, raised their family primarily in the Midwest/Chicago area. They now reside in the Los Angeles area, where Brant leads QIC’s business development efforts in the western US.

You can be assured you’ll always be delighted to learn some obscure trivia or hear some sports celebrity stories when in conversation with Brant. In his off time, you’ll find him reading a biography or a business book.

Matt Patterson – Director of Business Development

There’s a reason why Matt’s friends know him as the “Incentive Guy.”  For the past twenty years, Matt’s true passion for incentive sales, channel, and employee engagement solutions has inspired, equipped, and served clients from Medical Device, Tech, Retail, Finance, and many other industries.  As Director of Business Development for QIC, Matt truly enjoys helping clients of all sizes create and implement meaningful and successful employee engagement and sales incentive strategies.

Matt’s natural curiosity and enthusiasm endear him to his clients, as he partners with them to understand their go-to-market strategy, culture, and vision to bring to them new and compelling incentive and engagement solutions.

Matt and wife Sheila reside in Dedham, Massachusetts.  He enjoys traveling with Sheila and their two daughters, rooting for the Patriots, and playing golf.  Matt is a true believer in the power of positivity and is proudest about seeing his wife helping others as a nurse and his daughters succeed in their marketing and healthcare professions.

Matt earned a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a major in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Administration.  He is certified in behavioral economics.

Michelle Chappell – Director of Account Management

Michelle joined Quality Incentive Company in 2012. Previously she worked for a major retail chain where she led her team to achieve consistent brand standards and a positive store culture. Her experience has given her a passion for finding creative solutions to improve employee morale while increasing employee retention.

At QIC, Michelle oversees all aspects of Account Management, serving as the primary liaison between the client and QIC.  She is responsible for the health and growth of the company’s existing portfolio of incentive and recognition programs.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and master’s degrees in business administration and sports management from the University of Tennessee. Athletics have always played an important role in her education. While at the University of South Carolina, Michelle was a member of the equestrian team, and during her graduate studies she worked with the men’s and women’s track teams and the women’s golf team.

Michelle and her husband Will reside in Portland, Maine. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her Goldendoodle, Neyland; cooking; and exploring the outdoors.

Devyani Sahni – Senior Account Coordinator

Devyani joined QIC in 2021. Her background as a project manager in the advertising industry provided invaluable client-services experience, which now is a perfect fit for our account management team. She is comfortable with change and the complexity that comes with a dynamic environment; able to accommodate the individual needs of our clients.

Devyani earned a bachelor’s in Business Administration and she and her husband live in the Memphis area. In her time away from the office, Devyani enjoys painting, travel, cooking, and playing with her dog, Simba.

Mallory Foy – Account Coordinator

Mallory brings a wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic from the promotional products and hospitality industries. As part of QIC’s account management team, she enjoys her role in assisting our clients and supporting the QIC team in providing professional services to existing and prospective clients.

In her time away from work, Mallory enjoys spending quality time with friends, knitting and cross stitch, reading horror novels, learning to practice yoga, and playing fetch with her cat, Charley.

Jenn Lambert – Account Manager, Program Analytics

Jenn joined QIC in 2020.  She previously worked in the healthcare industry where she used her experience in data aggregation, reporting and analysis to work with teams to improve processes, engage employees and optimize alignment of organizational priorities.

Jenn enjoys working as part of QIC’s account management team to support reporting needs and assisting clients at an individual level.

Jenn and her husband Dana reside in Biddeford, Maine.  Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, walking with her dogs in nature and spending time with family and friends, especially her two daughters, Ashton and Reagan.

Savannah McKissack – Account Coordinator

Savannah joined QIC in 2022 after working several years for a promotional products company.  In her role as account coordinator, Savannah provided support services to sales executives while working directly with clients to supply custom goods for events, programs, and staffing.

Savannah’s experience and expertise is a perfect fit for QIC’s account management team, where she supports a growing client list, striving to provide existing and new clients with excellent support and customer service.

When not taking care of QIC clients, Savannah enjoys being with her three children and watching them excel in their many extracurricular activities.  She also enjoys reading, traveling, learning the Korean language, and cooking.
