Mike Sullivan – Director of Business Development

With nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing incentive and recognition programs, Mike specializes in employee recognition and multi-step channel sales incentive programs. Originally from the metropolitan New York City area, Mike received his undergraduate degree in history at Indiana University-Bloomington and his master’s in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University.

Brant Dolan – Director of Business Development

With having compiled more than 25 years in the rewards & recognition industry, Brant still maintains the everyday passion you’ll observe the very first time you chat with him. He is well-versed in the content, context and best practices to design and ensure effective and memorable programs.

Brant currently represents QIC on the Executive Board of the Incentive Marketing Association’s Incentive & Engagement Solution Provider Council. He also earned CPIM certification status via the IMA, and has been a speaker and workshop presenter at various industry events.

Brant resides in the Los Angeles area, where he leads QIC’s business development efforts in the western US.

Doug Smith – Director of Business Development

Doug’s career spans five decades – assisting national companies and organizations of all sizes to achieve corporate objectives and improve performance. His expertise with channel sales, customer loyalty, safety and years of service programs has benefitted companies from all industries.

Doug worked in retail management briefly upon graduating from the University of Dayton with a degree in marketing and economics, and began his incentive and recognition career shortly thereafter.

John Newman – Director of Marketing and Strategic Communications

John is a seasoned marketing, communications, and public affairs professional, having cut his teeth on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. in both the public sector and on behalf of trade groups and major Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.B.A. in finance, John spearheads QIC’s day-to-day marketing and communications operations and provides regular commentary on the markets, workforce trends, and the incentives and recognition industry.

Mallory Foy – Senior Client Services Coordinator

Mallory brings a wealth of knowledge and strong work ethic from the promotional products and hospitality industries, along with a positive, friendly attitude and attention to detail. As part of QIC’s client services team, she enjoys her role in assisting our clients and supporting the QIC team in providing professional services to existing and prospective clients.

Robert Brokofsky – Data Specialist and Analyst

Robert joined QIC after 11 years in the service and retail industries, where he managed teams and built strong customer relationships. This experience helped improve his business acumen and developed his continuous passion for problem solving. At QIC, Robert supports the account management team by analyzing and manipulating data for clients.

Robert is originally from Virginia and graduated from Radford University before moving to Memphis.

Lindsay Roe – Client Services Manager

Lindsay grew up just outside of the Memphis, TN area. She joined QIC after several years as an educator, and she brings a structured, positive, and professional approach to ensuring the satisfaction and success of QIC’s clients.

Lindsay attended the University of Mississippi where she earned a bachelor’s in education and master’s degree in curriculum and instruction.

She loves to read and listen to audiobooks, and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two rescue dogs from Tunica Humane Society, Elsey and Cooper.
